Meditaciones para los dias de Sufrimiento

En esta obra el autor expone una serie de meditaciones sobre el sentido del sufrimiento que, cuando es bien asumido, se le llama cruz de Cristo. Ahora bien, la cruz no se puede llevar solitariamente, pues hasta Cristo necesitó de un Cirineo. Entonces nadie puede creerse tan autosuficiente como para llevar solo su cruz, ya que nuestra cruz la podemos llevar sólo acompañados de Cristo, porque Él es quien nos va abriendo camino y nos hace de Cirineo cuando ya no aguantamos. Jesús no sólo nos invita a acompañarlo a llevar la cruz, también nos enseña cómo debe llevarse.

In this work the author presents a series of meditations on the meaning of suffering which, when well assumed, is called the cross of Christ. Now, the cross cannot be carried alone, because even Christ needed a Cyrenean. So no one can believe themselves so self-sufficient as to carry their cross alone, since we can carry our cross only accompanied by Christ, because He is the one who opens the way for us and makes us a Cyrenean when we can no longer take it. Jesus not only invites us to accompany him in carrying the cross, he also teaches us how it should be carried.
